DELIVERIES

For UK customers only

All orders placed Monday – Friday 8AM-4PM will be received in 3-5 working days.

Orders placed Saturday after 11AM and Sunday will be dispatched Monday.

For security purposes all our deliveries require a signature. If you are not home when your order is attempted delivery, then your order will be sent back to the depot and a card posted through your door with instructions of how to have your order re-delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow up to 7-10 working days for international delivery.

Please note that our shipping charge includes delivery only, therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for settling any import duties and/or local taxes imposed on their order(s).

To give you a more straightforward service, the prices you pay includes any duties or taxes applicable to the USA, Canada, UK and the remainder of the European Union, which we will settle on your behalf. If duty rates change, we reserve the right to charge extra or not to supply. If we have already accepted your order you have the right to cancel.

RETURNS

All items returned to us as faulty will be checked by the manufacturer. Only items that have failed due to a fault in the manufacturing process will be replaced or refunded. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect or failure to follow recommended use.

Items can be returned at customers own expense, within 14 days of receipt and in saleable condition. Goods must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. Please enclose your name, order number, reason for return and requirements (refund/exchange) with your return and use the provided returns address label.

Please note: it is the customers responsibility for the cost of returning goods to us unless we delivered the item/s in error, or the item/s is/are faulty. The customer is responsible for any item until it reaches us so it is advisable to use a traceable method of postage such as the Royal Mail signed for service.

In the event of a valid return, refunds for goods purchased will only be placed on the original card of payment. We will process all refunds within 14 days of receipt of goods.
